money back from Currys got £300 of my £400 no questions asked. Just showed the laptop to them and said about the nvidia defect. Job done thanks for your help.

Hi there did you just decide to take it back because of the Nvidia defect or had you been following a course of action to get the problem
resolved? Had you been complaining about it since it failed?

I would be interested to know as I have been through the 'update your BIOS ruse' to get the fans working overtime to cool it it finally packed up last month wont do anything now.
