No problem with that - as the claimant you can cancel the action at any time.

Mark, If the AQ is only going to be a day or two late then I wouldn't worry - most courts are still in arrears and would allow an extra couple of days anyway. However, I would tell Comet that you'll be filing the AQ on Friday if you haven't received the cheque - it doesn't do any harm to get them wo...
