I've just called the French Dell support again today, they told me that they will come this thursday to my home and replace the motherboard of my XPS M1530 for FREE! It sounds too good to be true!

Dell have just called to say they have repaired my son's XPS and will deliver it Monday 10th. They will also give me a report of the repair work done.

Let's see if it's been sorted.
