Hi All,

2nd time to post in this forum - I found it very helpful the last time. I have another dv6000 (dv6231eu)

After about 5 - 10 mins of use the screen gets completely distorted and freezes completely.

Sometimes the laptop actually shuts down.

I have a feeling the GPU is over heating?

In what year of manufacture did this first become apparent? As my DV6000 was purchased in Nov 2006 died June 2008.
