For legal reasons we cannot allow libellous posts on this forum.

It is better to say "in my opinion company XYZ has ripped me off" rather than "company XYZ ripped me off"

Here you will find a couple of useful programs to test your laptop.

The first, GPU-Z will report the temperature of your Nvidia GPU.

The other, Rthdribl, is a program that will stress test your Nvidia GPU (if it is still working)

There is also a copy of the template "letter before action" that you can download to send to the retailer.

Did you pay by Credit Card? If so, there are a couple of template letters available that you can send to the card company.

You will need to be registered in order to be able to access this section.
