Hi Paul

I hate to sound dim but when you say extra document do u mean if I click on the BIOS link and print out that page? as I don't have another document.

For evidence I will rely on in court I will put together, your original report, my letters sent with proof of postage, some of the articles you have on here as evidence and the BIOS stuff?

Thanks for the supplementry document you emailed to me. Once again another great peice of evidence.

19th July is rapidly approaching. I'm starting to wonder if they will go all the way to court AND turn up. Either way i'm not worried as I cannot lose.

No problem Sally, my pleasure. The evidence in your favour is overwhelming.

There is a legal term called vexatious litigant, in which a person brings a legal action regardless of its merit purely to harass the intended defendant.

I think that this law should be changed to include those who defend an action regardless of the merit of their defence purely, in my opinion, in the hope that the claimant will drop their action.

Won't be long now though Sally. Did you send Currys a copy of the extra document I sent you and if so did they respond to it?

A very good point because that is exactly what they are doing to all of us!

I haven't yet got around to sending the BIOS report as I have been away. I feel a bit like I have to send it 14 days before the court date and they have dragged their feet for so long what's another couple of weeks? I might as well send things in by the deadlines just as they would. I think I would like it to go to court now as I am not too sure, but I don't think anyone has yet taken DSG all the way to court? it might teach them that we are not going to back down and to take us all seriously. the end is in sight less that 4 weeks.

Just a quick update.

My evidence is all together and I will be sending it today, recorded delivery. I am away as of Thursday until the 15th July so DSG are not going to have an opportunity for a last minute resolution with me now. 19th of July I will be in Court.

Well that serves them right doesn't it!

They have had plenty of chances to settle with you and have let each of those chances pass by.

You should tell the judge once you have won how many other unfortunate customers are in the same position as you.

If you are going away on your holidays then have a great time and come back refreshed and raring to go.
