Hello Iain,

Well done on your success. :! :! :! :!

Staples have, yet again, excelled themselves so a couple of bottles of Champagne for them also. :! :!

Hope you get years of trouble free service from your new laptop (fingers crossed it is not a HP :D )

I am glad that you found us and that we were able to help.

Well done again and all the best for the future. :! :! :! :!

Best wishes

Paul

Hi all,

I know i have already said this, but Staples have really won me over with this. Not only did i have £435 to spend in store, but the manager in store give us discount on the laptop we bought (it was another HP as it happens) which made us still have enough change for a 19" led tv and a few other bits. When we got to the till, he then threw in a free printer for the problems that we had with the original laptop!
Staples will be getting a letter of thanks tomorrow, and when i am due to replace the other laptop in September, there is only one place i am going to.

Iain

Hello Iain,

For over two years now Staples have held the crown of this forum for being the best retailer.

I have had conversations with members of staff at Staples and they were always polite and chatty. This is in stark contrast to some of the dealings I have had with some of the other retailers.

It has been a fantastic result for you only made possible by the fact that you purchased from Staples in the first place.

This should act as a testament for anyone wondering where to purchase their next laptop or computer etc from.

Well done Staples. :! :! :! :! :!

Best wishes

Paul
