Received a letter from "<name removed for legal reasons> Solicitors" this morning stating they have taken up the case from Dell and filed a Defence to the court on behalf of our client.

No idea what the defence is but I wait with bated breath!
Hi Tom,
very interested in the developments of your case as I will be filing my case in the SCC on Monday 28 March.

Good luck and keep us up to date.

Like yourself I await their defence with eager anticipation.

Please ensure that you keep those emails safe in which you were told that Dell could not confirm for certain that the replacement parts would not also be inherently defective.

Best wishes
