Well, in fairness, if it went to court you would be able to claim for it.

Why not put it down and see what they say.

If they refuse then so be it, if they pay then that is good.

There can be no harm in trying.

Date Failed: 0-12-2009
I'm filling in the "add job" form now.
Can I request courier collection on Wednesday 24th (rather than tomorrow, which would be "next business day")?

Also, do you need power supply included?

In the event that I don't have Nvidia Defect, would Lapcure be able to perform a repair?

Hello Kevin,

No problems with Wednsesday collection.

You do not need to include the PSU with the laptop.

If it isn't the Nvidia defect then I will quote you on the cost of repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair then you will only have to pay for the collect and return carriage which is £20.
