Hello Mp3hot,

I also ordered the Zalman Laptop Cooling Pads ZM-NC2000 and would monitor how it would perform with this cooler

I look forward to the results of the temperature tests when using the above cooler.

Although all it could ever do is to prolong the inevitable failure.

I look forward to your update.

Best wishes

Hello MP3hot,

Oh dear, those temps don't look good.

Do you think it is advisable to try and keep it cool? After all, even doing this will not necessarily save your laptop from inevitable failure?

As you unable to pursue the retailer for a refund or replacement laptop?

I personally would chase the retailer if this was an option still open to you.

Best wishes

Hello Mp3hot,

That is not good news. Running at those temperatures it won't be long before your laptop fails completely.

Have you contacted the retailer yet to tell them of the problems you are experiencing?

The sooner you tell them the higher the refund value would be if this were to be determined on usage.

Best wishes
